20 rectangles from “Long haiku”

These twenty images were put together for presentation in the context of No More Mesmerizations and selected based on the simple criteria of rectangles within photographs that are characterized by degrees of illegibility or imprecision. The photos were lifted from “Long haiku”, an ongoing exercise begun in 2007 of bringing a film camera whenever possible with no specific goal or project in mind, parallel to my approach to all other projects which are always in response to invitations and parameters.
